Where we ship

Australia-wide, and to selected spots overseas. Delivery's handled by Australia Post and its partner services. A few remote areas take a bit longer - that's just the tyranny of distance.

What it costs

• Free standard shipping on all Aussie orders over AU$199.90.
• Under that, shipping's worked out live at checkout from your postcode and the parcel weight and size - so you only ever cop the real rate, no rubbery markups.
• International shipping's calculated at checkout and varies by destination. Any import duties or taxes are on the recipient.

Packing & dispatch

Orders are usually packed and out the door within 1-2 business days. Pop an order in on a weekend or public holiday and it's processed the next business day. During sales, launches or auction settlement it might take a touch longer - we'll always do our best to get it moving.

How long it takes

Once it's on its way, typical Australia Post estimates are:

• Metro areas: 2-6 business days
• Regional and remote areas: 5-10+ business days
• International: 10-20+ business days, depending on destination and customs

These are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees - once a parcel's in the postal network we can't control the pace, much as we'd love to.

Tracking

Where tracking's available, we'll email you the details once your order ships so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Discreet packaging

Your order goes out in plain, unbranded packaging - nothing on the outside gives away what's inside. What's in your parcel is your business.

Gone walkabout? Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't shown up within the expected window, give us a hoy at info@billymate.com.au and we'll help hunt it down.

Age verification

You must be 18 or over to order. We may require age verification and a signature on delivery for some orders.
