Premium Extraction with the Billy Mate Butter Machine Kit

Create homemade infused butter, oils, tinctures and more with the Billy Mate Butter Machine, an easy-to-use countertop infusion machine designed to grind, blend, heat, stir and steep your ingredients automatically.

Instead of standing over the stove constantly stirring and watching temperatures, the Billy Mate Butter Machine combines the important infusion stages into one convenient appliance.

Add your ingredients, select the appropriate program and let the machine handle the mixing and controlled heating.

Whether you're experimenting with infused butter for cooking or creating oils, tinctures and other herbal preparations, Billy Mate makes the process simpler and far less messy.

Despite the name, the Billy Mate Butter Machine is designed for much more than butter.

It can be used with a wide variety of suitable infusion mediums, including:

• Butter
• Coconut oil
• Olive oil
• Avocado oil
• Peanut oil
• Corn oil
• Sunflower oil
• Grapeseed oil
• Other suitable carrier oils
• Tinctures
• Alcohol-based infusions
• Lotions and similar preparations

This makes it a versatile addition to the kitchen for anyone who regularly creates homemade herbal infusions.

The Billy Mate Butter Machine is designed to take care of several processes automatically.

During operation it can:

• Grind
• Blend
• Stir
• Heat
• Steep

The automated process helps keep the ingredients moving and the temperature controlled throughout the selected cycle.

That means less manual stirring, less monitoring and a more convenient infusion process.

Consistent heat is important when making butter and oil infusions.

The Billy Mate Butter Machine uses automated program sequencing and integrated temperature control to maintain the selected process while continually mixing the ingredients.

The result is a much easier alternative to manually heating and stirring ingredients on the stovetop.

The compact upright design makes the machine suitable for normal countertop use without taking over the kitchen.

Its premium stainless steel pitcher provides a durable internal chamber while the large integrated handle makes the unit easy to manage.

Finished your batch?

The built-in self-cleaning function helps make cleanup easier once your infusion is complete.

That means less time scrubbing and more time planning the next recipe.

The included Billy Mate Botanical Timing Chart provides convenient starting points for common preparations:

Oil: approximately 1 hour
Butter: approximately 2 hours
Tincture: approximately 4 hours

Actual preparation requirements can vary depending on ingredients and recipe, so always follow the appropriate recipe and supplied instructions.

The Billy Mate Butter Machine comes with a useful accessory kit rather than just the appliance.

• 1 x Billy Mate Butter Machine
• 1 x Purifier Mesh Bag
• 1 x Billy Mate Silicone Glove
• 1 x Billy Mate Spatula
• 1 x Butter Mold
• 1 x Instruction Booklet / Botanical Timing Guide

The included butter mold is particularly handy for portioning and storing your finished butter once it has cooled.

The supplied mesh bag helps strain plant material from your finished infusion for a cleaner final result.

The textured Billy Mate silicone glove helps provide additional grip when handling hot kitchen equipment.

Pour your finished butter into the included silicone mold to create neat, convenient portions ready for refrigeration or cooking.

The real advantage is convenience.

Instead of using several pots, utensils and manual heating stages, the Billy Mate Butter Machine brings grinding, blending, stirring, heating and steeping together in one appliance.

It's designed for people who want to make their own infusions without turning every batch into an all-day kitchen project.

Add. Select. Infuse.

Billy Mate takes care of the stirring.
